What is W3CREW?

W3CREW is a platform where web3 project owners can find the best freelancers in the space. It’s being built to be super easy to use and will be a huge time saver when creating a web3 project. W3CREW will feature an escrow service for payments, which will make it secure for both parties.

For Web3 Freelancers:

We want to end the hassle of freelancers signing up to loads of discord channels and pasting the same message all over the place in order to promote their services. W3CREW will be their one place that they can keep updated with their latest projects, and where they can communicate with project owners directly. How it works

Freelancers upload their profiles, which includes what category they work in (from Art & design, video & animation, development, marketing, community and law) together with their skills. Every profile is required to fill in at least 1 project that they’ve already worked on, so that we make sure that only experienced people are available on the platform.

Once they’re accepted, their profile will show up whenever a project owner searches for the criteria that matches their skills.

Selected freelancers can then chat with the people looking to hire them directly on the platform. They can accept or refuse any offers and negotiate their price.

When an agreement is reached, the buyer puts the money in W3CREW escrow and the money is transferred once the task is completed.

For project owners:

W3CREW will stop you from wasting time looking through spam messages of people offering their services on discord or twitter. We want to be the super easy to use platform to help you find the best people, your crew, to work on your projects.

How it works

A simple search bar for you to type in whatever skill you’re looking for. W3CREW’s powerful search will show you the top freelancers that match that skill set in a simple list. You can see what projects they’ve worked on and their reviews before even clicking on their profile.

Once you’ve shortlisted your freelancers, you can message them and ask further questions in order to help you pick the right one for the project.

When an agreement is reached, your payment is securely stored in escrow until the job is completed.
